Being a sex and relationship expert now means that all of my friends come to me for sex and relationship advice. They're all "YOU HAVE THE SEXY ANSWERS!" and I appreciate that people trust me enough to divulge their problems to me, especially romantic problems since those are usually the most intimate.

What I don't appreciate is when people react badly when I don't give them an answer that they want. I think it's pretty rude to ask for someone's advice and then be a jerk. I'm not going to lie to you so don't get upset when you ask for the truth.
