Use Old Book Pages To Create Personalized Boxes

You can do more with them than you think.
|

On a harsh winter day, there's really nothing better than curling up on the sofa with a good book. But if you've recently latched onto the tablet trend, you might find that you no longer have much of a use for your favorite stories in print. Luckily, today's Craft Of The Day from Craft And Creativity shows us a way to recycle them into something useful instead of throwing them out.

These little boxes are so easy to make -- all you need is a plain cardboard box, book pages and glue. When you're all finished, use them as jewelry boxes or to hold any small important items. They also make great gift boxes, which you can personalize by using the recipient's favorite book.
