Bucks guard Brandon Jennings isn't pleased with the way his team's season went.

After losing to the Indiana Pacers on Friday, Jennings vented to reporters and revealed his frustration with his teammates and the Bucks organization.

"Some guys have the mind-set of winning on the team and some guys just don't," Jennings told the Racine Journal-Times. "We traded a lot of pieces I feel like we should have kept. But that's part of the business and you've got to roll with it."

The Milwaukee Bucks are 31-45 and on the brink of getting eliminated from playoff contention. They're one game behind the Charlotte Bobcats and two spots down from the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. With only six games left in the season, their playoff chances are slim.

The Bucks take on the Orlando Magic on the road on Tuesday night.
