People were lined up starting at 4:30am here in Virginia Beach Virginia. Everyone was happy and chatting and drinking coffee. Most wait times I've heard vary from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

There's lots of theory about when to vote being tossed around amongst those who haven't voted yet.
