Shirley Temple Black is by far one of the most iconic movie stars of our time. So it's no surprise that in just less than two weeks of being listed for sale, her childhood home has reportedly sold for $2.489 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Santa Monica, California home was built in 1926 and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Black supposedly lived here with her family before she made it really big at the age of six. The famous history behind the house could be the reason why it sold so quickly, or, it might be the abode's spacious floor plan, refinished hardwood floors and amazing fruit trees in the yard.

Either way, the new owner is very lucky to have something in common with "Heidi" herself. Scroll through our photos to see this amazing place, and be sure to head over to the Los Angeles Times and Realtor.com for more information.
