Decadence is par for the course in Sin City and you can find everything from osetra caviar by the pound to beef cheek ravioli with foie gras, black truffles, and butter sauce. For the ultimate indulgence, opt for dinner at Shaboo, where the minimum tab is $500 per head and and chef Masa Takayama's take on shabu-shabu (hot pot) cuisine includes the very best ingredients, like Omi beef and white truffles.

Every great meal deserves a spectacular finale and Vegas desserts are not to be outdone. At Serendipity 3, you'll find the world's most expensive sundae: Tahitian vanilla ice cream topped with rare Venezuelan chocolates, exotic fruits, and an edible 23 karat gold leaf. The price tag is $1,000, but this is no impulse decision--the Golden Opulence Sundae requires a minimum of 48-hours advanced notice.

Skip Holly Madison's Peep Show in favor of something a bit more educational: The Erotic Heritage Museum is an ode to sexuality, with exhibits ranging from the history of porn to naked Shakespeare.

Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian troupe, but it's fair to say that this nouveau cirque has become synonymous with Vegas. In the past 18 years, 450 performers have put on 22,271 shows for more than 33 million guests. The city has seven different spectacles, but if you must choose just one, we recommend the Beatles-themed Love.

Sunday brunch in Vegas isn't just eggs and pancakes -- at Simon's Sunday Brunch, it's a pajama free for all where you're likely to run into gossip columnist Norm Clarke in silk lounge-wear or Miss America contestants in negligee.

This city has some of the swankiest suites in the world, from the Kingpin Suite (with, yes, a two-lane bowling alley) at the Palms to the sophisticated 21st floor Emperor's Suite at the Mandarin Oriental. For something a bit more affordable, book the sophisticated suites at The Signature.

Vegas' (and, in fact, the world's) largest spa is the 126,000 square foot Canyon Ranch, but for the very best in pampering, book the three hour Time Ritual at the Mandarin Oriental. It starts with a ritual foot bathing and then is customized specifically to you. Then check out the neon-lit Hammam.
