Between her style choices at red carpet events and the guys she chooses to date, there's no denying that Anna Kournikova has an affinity for the flashy and sexy. And apparently this keen sensibility carries over to her choice in real estate. To celebrate the blonde bombshell's 32nd birthday, we're taking a look back at her former house in Miami -- and from what we can see, her taste in properties also falls into that category.
The Spanish-style residence, which is situated on Sunset Island off Miami Beach, was sold in early 2012 for a hefty $7.4 million. According to the Daily Mail, the house came in at 6,630 square feet and had seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and several floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. And then there's the magnificent pool, the deck, the beautiful gardens -- our only question is why she would ever leave such an estate? The Wall Street Journal commented that the upkeep was probably pricey, but we have a feeling it has something to do with being closer to a certain love interest.
Let us know what you think about the house in the comments. And for even more celebrity homes, be sure to flip through our slideshow below.
