With more and more people going gluten-free, it's no wonder that restaurants are having to play catch up. But which city reigns supreme when it comes to gluten-free eating?
The popular food delivery website GrubHub started tracking the gluten-free offerings of participating restaurants, as well as the requests of their users. They found something surprising: Gluten-free orders have climbed nearly 60 percent in the past year. And some cities are more likely to be heavy on the g-free business than others. But you might be surprised by where gluten-free food is truly taking off. Healthy-eating mecca Los Angeles didn't top the list and foodie-centric New York City was nowhere to be found.
