Hungry for a Kit Kat? You might be after watching this video. The Telegraph sent reporter Louise Armitstead to the Nestle factory in Northern England, where one billion Kit Kats are produced each year.
Armitstead learns that not all Kit Kats make it into packages -- bars are pulled off the conveyer belt if they aren't the correct size or shape. For those that do pass the test, it takes 40 minutes to make a Kit Kat from start to finish.
