Last Tuesday, Stephen Colbert chaired the Adult Author Breakfast at BEA (or Book Expo America, for all non-insiders in the book publishing world).
The speakers at the breakfast were Junot Diaz, Barbara Kingsolver and Jo Nesbo. Guests enjoyed a leisurely breakfast while Colbert cracked jokes, and then each of the authors discussed their upcoming books ("This Is How You Lose Her," "Flight Behavior," and "Phantom," respectively).
After the event, Colbert answered some questions we put together: Where does he like to read? What book is he embarrassed to admit that he has read? And, our personal favorite, what is the most overrated classic book?
