Since June 16th, one candidate's entry into the 2016 presidential race propelled the topic of immigration into the national spotlight, sparking anger across the political spectrum.
Donald Trump has been a force of nature for a little over two months, grabbing headlines, drawing record crowds on campaign stops and always doubling down on his positions.
Many of the 2016 candidates weren't focused on immigration until Trump entered the race. On the heels of Mr. Trump, candidates are feeling pressure to come up with policy plans sooner than expected.
