Cher has sold her Venice, Ca. home. The three-bedroom abode was listed for just over $1.8 million and includes a rooftop deck with a built-in barbecue, refrigerator and sink.
The decor is sleek and neutral: think contemporary fireplaces, modern fireplaces and stone floors, all framed by clean, white walls. The chef's kitchen is decked out with high-end finishes and is in close proximity to Abbot Kinney Boulevard, a hot spot for shopping and dining.
The contemporary home also featured an outdoor shower (in addition to a few indoor bathing spaces, we would assume). Cher bought the home three years ago in 2010 for just over $1.5 million, and put it on the market back in March.
Are you surprised by the singer's modest home? We were. Don't be fooled, though: this was just one of Cher's L.A. properties. She owns a palatial estate in Malibu (currently on the market as a pocket listing for a cool $45 million) and she just sold her Hollywood condo.
