If you thought being fair-skinned meant that you can't pull off bright red lipstick, here's proof that you CAN.

Kate Bosworth made a bold appearance at the "Still Alice" premiere at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival with a matching red lips and dress look. The shocking shade popped against the actress' milky complexion and balanced out her sleek, blonde hairdo. Subtle bronzer was key to help add warmth to her skin.

The 31-year-old's glossy red pout couldn't be any more perfect with her strapless Boss dress. Simple face makeup and hair allows her vibrant lip color to stand out.

This Bond girl takes our breath away with her gorgeous freckled face. Oh, and her naturally, tousled hairstyle, cat-eye liner and shimmering pink lip color, too.

WORST: Chelsea Leyland

We've come to expect the British-born DJ to sport outrageous beauty looks. But her filled-in brows makes them look even more unkempt.

WORST: Abigail Breslin

Breslin desperately needs a haircut. Her long, blonde strands take away from her youthful glow.

WORST: Bella Thorne

As a teen in Hollywood, it's pretty hard to find a balance between beauty looks that are age-appropriate, trendy and sophisticated. However, this top knot hairdo and turquoise eyeliner doesn't do Thorne any justice.

WORST: Dorothy Wang

There's no doubt that the "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" star takes really great care of her skin. It's just hard to tell with all the makeup she's wearing here.
