Naomi Campbell Takes A Risk In Leather Bra-Top Dress (PHOTOS)

Don't... move... a... muscle...

That's what we were thinking when we saw Naomi Campbell walk the red carpet at the Novak Djokovic Foundation Dinner in New York City last night. For the gala event, the supermodel chose a black gown with a leather bra top, with only a thin band of fabric covering, erm, the part of the chest you'd want covered.

We're not too surprised Naomi would dare tempt fate (i.e. a "wardrobe malfunction") -- after all, she has spent a good portion of her career topless. But the dress was a risk nonetheless. Think she had to be extra careful which way she posed for the photographers?
