You can't mention the word supermodel without mentioning the name Cindy Crawford. The Illinois-born beauty first rose to fame in the 1980s and quickly became one of the most iconic figures of her time (mole and all). Having graced the cover of just about every major magazine and walked in shows like Chanel, Dior and Valentino, this lady's long career is one to marvel.    

In honor of her 50th birthday (on Feb. 20) -- and also the official date of her retirement from the modeling biz -- we decided to round up stunning photos of the brunette babe from over the years. While her days on the catwalk may be over, it looks like her doppelgänger daughter is set to have a pretty big career, so we'll still be able to get our Crawford fill.
