Franken Reacts To Opponent's Giuliani Endorsement

Norm Coleman, the incumbent Republican Senator from Minnesota, hasn't even formally endorsed the presidential campaign of Rudy GIuliani yet. But word is that he will, and former Saturday Night Live funny man and now Democratic challenger Al Franken is already taking note of the former St. Paul mayor's move.

Andy Barr, Franken's campaign manager, provided this comment to the Huffington Post on how the comedy writer and former Air America radio host reacted to the announcement:

So the Senator who didn't think Halliburton's war profiteering was worth investigating is endorsing the candidate who wanted to put Bernie Kerik in charge of Homeland Security. Makes sense to us!
