When we ran into style blogger Julia Engel (check out her site, Gal Meets Glam), we were sort of mesmerized by all that was going on: the winged-out eyeliner, red lip and milkmaid braids (she even has a video tutorial on getting the look). It was all totally working.
Naturally, we had to get her details for Beauty Street Style. As far as her insanely shiny hair, she employs a generous amount of Kerastase Elixir Ultime. "I put it in before the shower, and again when my hair is still wet. I like to air-dry my hair -- it keeps it shiny and really healthy."
