As if we weren't already being constantly entertained by glowing screens throughout 90% of the day, a few students from the University of Pennsylvania have developed a genius idea: Let us watch adorable cat videos while our food is in the microwave.
The invention, called the Uwave, is essentially a tablet computer attached to the door of a microwave. When the user enters a cook time, the Uwave finds a YouTube video of roughly the same length. That three minutes it takes to heat up a Hot Pocket will fly by if we're watching Maru.
How long will we eventually go without watching viral videos throughout the day?
