Nancy Pelosi Dances To Rep. Joe Crowley's Performance Of 'American Pie' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Nancy Pelosi Dances To Congressman's Performance Of 'American Pie'
|

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.) performed a show at a Manhattan fundraiser on Thursday night that they could probably take on the road.

As Crowley played the guitar and sang the Don McClean classic "American Pie" to the crowd at the top of the Dream Hotel, Pelosi danced and sang along with him onstage. Capital New York first obtained the video from one of the attendees at the fundraiser.

Apropos to the political event, Crowley changed a few of McClean's lyrics to send a message to the crowd. "In the streets the children scream," Crowley sang, "Republican budget."

Crowley also nodded to Pelosi a few times throughout the song. "The three people I admired most / Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi the most / they caught the last train for the coast," he sang.
