Amusement Today has announced its top picks for the"Golden Ticket Awards," which highlight the best of amusement parks across the country.

The list, created through an international poll, divides theme parks into various categories, including best amusement, best water and best marine life parks.

Even though the list doesn't delve into anything abandoned, or suggest rides worth waiting in line for , or even the newest attractions across America, it gives a quick what's what of the best of the U.S.
