Prenuptial Agreements: 'Anderson' Features Divorce Lawyer Robert Wallack On Prenups

When it comes to planning your wedding, the last thing on your radar may be drafting a prenup.

But according to celebrity divorce lawyer Robert Wallack, who stopped by "Anderson" Monday, you should be talking about the prenup months before you walk down the aisle.

"This is the last thing you want to be dealing with on the eve of your wedding. You want to get this discussion out of the way as early as possible so that you can focus on all of the happy things about planning the wedding," he told Anderson Cooper.
