The more you expose kids to healthy foods, the more likely they are to eat them, right? Well it's worth a shot! But if the majority of your meals are coming back home in your child's lunchbox instead of being eaten, maybe it's time to make it a little more appetizing with some creative food animal recipes! Taking a few extra minutes each night or morning to put a few surprises in their lunchbox can get them more excited to eat up those fruits and veggies. Making meals with your kids can even help them take ownership of what they're eating and eager to gobble it up.
