FLOTUS Is On Fire To Make This Week's Best Dressed List

This week, there were many stylish A-listers who made our best-dressed list. Not only did each celeb look divine, but they also taught us some important style lessons along the way.

Scarlett Johansson showed us how to wear white before Memorial Day, Brooklyn Decker played with proportions and Michelle Obama rocked prints like a pro.

Check out our favorite looks of the week and let us know if you agree with our picks.

Don't be afraid to wear prints.
Ben Gabbe/Getty Images
Michelle Obama in Thakoon: We aren't the least bit surprised to see FLOTUS on this list. Per usual, the first lady looked bright and cheery in this gorgeous printed dress. Her minimal makeup and neutral pumps help to ground the look and ensure it's not too busy.
You can totally wear white before Memorial Day.

Scarlett Johansson in Roland Mouret: Johansson looked as chic as ever arriving to the "Late Show with David Letterman" earlier this week. We love how she made her outfit daytime-appropriate by throwing on a pair of sunglasses and a warm camel coat. It definitely doesn't look like she's jumping the gun with her white dress since she kept her styling perfect for early spring.
Balance out a low neckline with a feminine silhouette.
Michael Loccisano/Getty Images
Chanel Iman in Zuhair Murad: Iman looks like a modern-day princess at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. The neckline may be plunging, but the soft, elegant silhouette balances it out nicely. And that color is divine on her skin tone.
A playful neckline makes a black dress memorable.
Ben Gabbe/Getty Images for the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival
Eva Longoria in Roland Mouret: Lately Longoria has been hitting it out of the park in curve-hugging dresses, and this is no exception. Though her dress could have been just another LBD, the interesting neckline adds a thoughtful visual element. We also love how her frock nips in at the waist, highlighting her most narrow part.
A dress with a slight sheen is attention-grabbing in the best possible way.
Michael Loccisano/Getty Images
Michelle Monaghan in Prabal Gurung: Monaghan stole the show at the WHCD in this long, strapless gown. The slight sheen looked stunning on the red carpet, and the black detailing helped to break up the red fabric.
Balance out a voluminous top by showing off your legs.
Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images
Brooklyn Decker in Rosie Assoulin: This top might be a little polarizing, but we adore it. Not only has the model balanced out all the volume in her top by opting for a pair of shorts, but she also picked a great neckline to show off that amazing bob. She could have improved in the footwear department -- something less clunky, we think -- but the rest of her outfit is so on point, we're willing to overlook it.
Break up a printed dress with a cut-out.
Juan Naharro Gimenez/Getty Images
Juana Acosta in Michael Kors: This gorgeous print could easily have been too much on the eyes, but the small amount of exposed skin, thanks to that brilliantly place cut-out, is breaking up the floral pattern and creating one stunning ensemble. She looks like a breath of spring.

Before You Go

Our Favorite Looks Of 2015
Yes, you can match your shoes to your purse. (01 of95)
Open Image Modal
Reese Witherspoon: If only we all looked like this while we were out running errands. Her printed pencil skirt, and matching purse and shoes make the star look put together (and slightly like Elle Woods) -- hey, we're not complaining. (credit:Bauer-Griffin/GC Images)
Don't forget about your shoes. (02 of95)
Open Image Modal
Reese Witherspoon in Mugler: This is the dress we want to live in for the next two months. It fits like a glove and has an interesting asymmetrical hem. We also have to applaud Witherspoon for choosing color-blocked shoes. (credit:Victor Chavez/WireImage)
Metallics and whites go together like peanut and jelly. (03 of95)
Open Image Modal
Lily James in Ralph Lauren Collection: Wearing a dress that hits below the knee can be tricky because it can easily truncate your legs and make you look shorter, but here, the "Downton Abbey" actress pulled it off by pairing her long skirt with a low neckline and high metallic heels. (credit:Fred Duval/FilmMagic)
Certain hues can make your skin glow. (04 of95)
Open Image Modal
Kelly Rutherford: That color is doing everything for Rutherford -- it is making her skin glow and her hair shine. And extra points for the belt; it really helps to define her shape in all that fabric. (credit: Luca Teuchmann/WireImage)
Take risks -- no matter your age. (05 of95)
Open Image Modal
Kiernan Shipka in Coach: This look right here is why Shipka is the fashion icon that she is. Many people wouldn't think to wear a bandana with a dress, but the 15-year-old actress did it with much success. The patchwork frock and the pattern on her scarf complement one another and make for one trendy look. (credit:Michael Loccisano/Getty Images)
Play with color AND texture. (06 of95)
Open Image Modal
Michelle Obama in Missoni: First of all, we have to say that FLOTUS has been killing it lately with her wardrobe choices and this Missoni number is no exception. Her dress by the Italian design house is perfect for her trip to Milan. The color, texture and pattern really pop against her glowing complexion and we love her practical (and fashionable) shoe choice. (credit:Pier Marco Tacca/Getty Images)
Looking age-appropriate and fashionable aren't mutually exclusive. (07 of95)
Open Image Modal
Kiernan Shipka: Shipka stole the show at the "Fan Girl" screening fashion-forward, yet age-appropriate look. The collared, A-line dress worked well for the 15-year-old actress and her minimalistic accessories were a subtle nod to the fact that she is growing up. This girl's style is only getting better and better. (credit:Amanda Edwards/WireImage)
A loose, cropped trouser is perfect for summer. (08 of95)
Open Image Modal
Ashley Madewke in Max Mara: Nothing says summer more than a monochromatic white outfit. Her loose blouse is paired with relaxed trousers, a combination that works well because her pants are cropped. Her metallic accessories and red lipstick are the perfect finishing touches. (credit: Michael Buckner/Getty Images for Max Mara)
Go big or go home. (09 of95)
Open Image Modal
Laverne Cox in Michael Costello: This look is so sexy. Cox is wearing a tight-fitting gown with a high slit, cut-outs and exposed cleavage, but somehow it isn't too much. She really went for it and her confidence is what is making this outfit best-dressed material. (credit:Neilson Barnard/Getty Images)
Just go for it. (10 of95)
Open Image Modal
Abbey Lee Kershaw: The cut-outs, the pleats, the hair, the septum piercing -- the entire look is so wrong, it's right. (credit: Larry Busacca/Getty Images)
If you're going with a simple dress, pick a bold color. (11 of95)
Open Image Modal
Angie Harmon in Max Mara: Harmon's dress is quite simple, but the bright red hue makes a big statement. Had this dress been in a neutral color, we doubt she would have made the best-dressed list. (credit:Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)
A jumpsuit doesn't need to look like a jumpsuit.(12 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emily Blunt in Elisabetta Franchi: On first glance, it appears as though Blunt is wearing a top and pants, but she's actually wearing a jumpsuit. Many women, especially petite ladies, are worried that jumpsuits can overwhelm a small frame. But picking one that is tailored -- and looks like two separate pieces -- ensures that it doesn't wear you. (credit:Cindy Ord/Getty Images for American Institute for Stuttering)
Opt for navy instead of black. (13 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emily Ratajkowski in Marc Jacobs: The rich blue hue, that halter neckline and the pretty embellishments on the side of her gown make for one stunning look. (credit:Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tony Awards Productions)
Color-coordinating can be a good thing. (14 of95)
Open Image Modal
Dao-Yi Chow, Grace Mahary and Maxwell Osborne: It's no surprise that Chow and Osborne, designers of CFDA-winning label Public School, look dapper as ever (we love their patent leather shoes and pocket squares). But most of our attention is focused on the model in the middle. Mahary looks sleek and put together in this black frock, and her red lipstick is really sealing the deal. (credit:Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tony Awards Productions)
A slit can go a long way. (15 of95)
Open Image Modal
Joan Smalls in Givenchy: A long gown with long sleeves and a high neckline doesn't exactly scream sexy, but Smalls' slit made it one of the most sultry looks at the Tony Awards. Not only does the slit break up the patterned dress, but it makes the model look even taller than she is. (credit:Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tony Awards Productions)
Pair non-traditional colors.(16 of95)
Open Image Modal
Naomie Harris in Peter Pilotto: Orange, blue and black aren't usually colors that we see together... and we're not sure why. Harris looks amazing at the European premiere of "Entourage," and stands out in a sea of neutrals. Though there's a lot going on with the print, asymmetrical hem and neckline, the actress kept her hair, makeup and accessories minimal so her dress could shine. (credit:JUSTIN TALLIS/AFP/Getty Images)
Spice up your LWD. (17 of95)
Open Image Modal
Nikki Reed in Kaufmanfranco: A little white dress is to summer what an LBD is to winter. Though the color is refreshing this time of year, a LWD can easily look boring. But not this one. The little cut-out, a-line skirt and halter neckline are playful and sexy. We also love her metallic pumps. (credit:Jason Merritt/Getty Images)
Casual outfits can still look put together. (18 of95)
Open Image Modal
Heidi Klum: If only we all looked this glamorous at the airport. Here, Klum was spotted at LAX looking casual, comfortable and put together. Many people equate off-duty style with sloppiness, but flared denim, a polished jacket and a pair of sunnies can amp up any look. (credit:GVK/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images)
A long train can go a long way. (19 of95)
Open Image Modal
Jourdan Dunn in Ralph & Russo: What makes this dress so stunning isn't the beautiful embellishments or the impeccable fit -- it's the drama of the long train. The extra fabric on the floor helps to balance out the sheer element of the gown, creating one stunning look. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
Detailing around the chest can help enhance the bust. (20 of95)
Open Image Modal
Izabel Goulart in Georges Hobeika: We've said it once and we'll say it again, wearing yellow can be tough, but it looks like Goulart picked the perfect shade for her complexion. Not only is the shape beautiful on the model, but the architectural detailing on her bust is a great trick to help make a smaller bust appear larger. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
Florals don't have to be overtly feminine. (21 of95)
Open Image Modal
Carla Gugino in Rochas: Most people who don't consider their style particularly girly try to steer clear of florals. But there are ways to wear the pattern without compromising personal taste. Simply try choosing a floral that incorporates darker colors and ensure that your accessories are more minimal. (credit: Frazer Harrison/Getty Images)
Go gingham or go home. (22 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emmy Rossum in Aqua: Are we the only ones who want to wear this dress all summer long? Her outfit is both incredibly on-trend, and cool and casual for these warm spring days. The belt helps to define her waist and those nude heels are making her legs look even longer. (credit:SMXRF/Star Max/GC Images)
Navy and black work in spring, too.(23 of95)
Open Image Modal
Tracee Ellis Ross: Okay, so navy and black might not seem like an obviously color combination for spring, but Ross has managed to make it work. Her lightweight cami shows just the right amount of skin and her bright lipstick makes her ensemble seasonally appropriate. (credit: Amanda Edwards/WireImage)
Strategic color-blocking is always a smart move. (24 of95)
Open Image Modal
Mindy Kaling in Roksanda: Black is the most flattering color -- that is not debatable -- but there is a way to wear bright colors while still reaping the benefits of the ultra-flattering dark hue. Here, Kaling opted for a tight-fitting black dress, but the pink and orange sleeves add a pop of color and make her look seasonally appropriate. (credit:Mike Marsland/WireImage)
To each her own. (25 of95)
Open Image Modal
Danielle Brooks, Taylor Schilling and Uzo Aduba: These ladies are the trifecta of chic and each knows what works for them -- Schilling is rocking a yellow dress with metallic accents and Brooks and Aduba are bringing it home in different white belted dresses. All three look gorgeous and chose outfits that play to their personalities. (credit:Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images))
Go big or go home.(26 of95)
Open Image Modal
Nieves Alvarez in Elie Saab Couture: There are certain places where you can wear a stunning couture gown and the Cannes Film Festival is one of them. The ombré detail makes this dress something special, as do the subtle side cut-outs. (credit:Tristan Fewings/Getty Images)
Dress for the occasion. (27 of95)
Open Image Modal
Diane Kruger in Jason Wu: The intricate beading on this dress is absolutely stunning, as are the actress' retro waves. This is an ideal outfit for a party at Versailles -- it is just opulent enough for the occasion. And don't even get us started on that slit. (credit:David M. Benett/Getty Images for Martell Cognac)
Don't be afraid to stand out. (28 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emily Blunt In Peter Pilotto: This dress is attention-getting, but in all the best ways. Although the design is a little quirky, this fashion girl can pull it off. The fun pattern is grounded by the white hue and the sleek silhouette makes her look sophisticated and not cartoony. (credit:Tristan Fewings/Getty Images)
Dressing for business doesn't have to be boring. (29 of95)
Open Image Modal
Queen Letizia of Spain: Being royalty often means adhering to a strict dress code, something to which those who work at formal offices can relate. But dressing for more serious occasions doesn't mean sacrificing style. Queen Letizia looks smart in this color-blocked dress that says #GIRLBOSS as much as it says #StyleMaven. (credit:Europa Press/Europa Press via Getty Images)
Know your colors. (30 of95)
Open Image Modal
Andie MacDowell in Elie Saab: Orange isn't the easiest color to pull off, but here, MacDowell chose the ideal shade for her complexion. Not only is this dress flattering because of the empire waist, but the low neckline shows off just the right amount of skin. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
A sheath dress works on many different body types. (31 of95)
Open Image Modal
Stephanie Bertram Rose: This color is impeccable against Rose's skin and the sheath style flatters without being too tight. We also love how the model chose to wear bold lipstick with a bright dress. (credit:George Pimentel/WireImage)
Figure out which silhouettes look best on your body. (32 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emily Blunt in Stella McCartney: Not everyone can wear this silhouette, but Blunt clearly knows that it works for her. Though she is very covered up, the tight-fitting nature of this gown ensures that she still looks sexy. And it ensured her a second spot on this week's list. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
Fit is the most important thing. (33 of95)
Open Image Modal
Anna Kendrick in Stella McCartney: Between the cut-out, the one-shouldered silhouette and her smize, this is an all-around win. (credit:Jason Merritt/Getty Images)
Being pregnant doesn't mean you need to blend in. (34 of95)
Open Image Modal
Noémie Lenoir in Chloé: Not only does this color complement Lenoir's complexion beautifully (which is no easy feat with canary yellow), it also showcases her gorgeous baby bump. The French model and actress did anything but blend in at the Cannes Film Festival, showing mamas-to-be how to do maternity style the right way. (credit:Andreas Rentz/Getty Images)
Sometimes black and white is best. (35 of95)
Open Image Modal
Emma Willis in Roland Mouret: This is the perfect outfit for the BAFTA TV Awards after-party. The English television presenter looked sleek in her black jumpsuit with a white halter neckline. The pops of color in her clutch and lipstick make her outfit playful, which is ideal for a night of partying. (credit:Sometimes black and white is best. )
A good neckline can make a dress. (36 of95)
Open Image Modal
Natalie Portman in Christian Dior Couture: Simple, clean and modern are a few words that come to mind when we see this lovely gown. Though there isn't a ton of detail in her look, the interesting neckline combined with those statement earrings help her stand out on the red carpet. (credit: Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images))
Take risks. (37 of95)
Open Image Modal
Doutzen Kroes in Versace and Liya Kebede in Louis Vuitton: This might be the most stylish duo we have ever seen. The Dutch model chose a dress with cut-outs in all the right places, while Kebede (a model and designer) took a risk in a short metallic number. Knowing your body and what works on you is half the battle. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
Asymmetry is a beautiful thing. (38 of95)
Open Image Modal
Bar Refaeli in Roland Mouret: This dress makes the Israeli model look even taller than she is and the asymmetrical gathering helps to push this ensemble into fashion-forward territory. (credit:Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images)
Change up the color of your suit for a new look.(39 of95)
Open Image Modal
Chris Hemsworth in Calvin Klein: An azure suit is one way to keep people on their toes. We'll admit, it's much harder to experiment with menswear, but Hemsworth did a terrific job at "The Avengers: Age Of Ultron" European premiere. The rest of his look is simple, making the color of his jacket and pants the focal point. (credit:Anthony Harvey/Getty Images)
Socks are the perfect place to have fun in a menswear outfit.(40 of95)
Open Image Modal
Chris Evans in Gucci: Even if you're wearing a neutral outfit, opt for a pair of bright socks. Evans looks dapper in his traditional suit, but his socks show some personality. (credit:Anthony Harvey/Getty Images)
An LBD is never boring if you opt for an interesting neckline.(41 of95)
Open Image Modal
Xi Meng Yao: Wearing an LBD is always a safe option, but playing with shape and silhouette is an easy way to spice it up. Model Xi Meng Yao shows us that an architectural, one-shouldered neckline can take a dress from expected to extraordinary. (credit:Emmanuel Wong/Getty Images for IWC)
Balance a low neckline with wide-legged pants.(42 of95)
Open Image Modal
Claire Danes in Narciso Rodriguez : A jumpsuit at a gala is always a bold move, but Danes achieved the right proportions for a standout look. Her neckline may be low, but it's well-balanced with her wide-leg pants, ensuring her ensemble doesn't skew too sexy. (credit:Bryan Bedder/Getty Images)
Don't be afraid to go with a bright hue.(43 of95)
Open Image Modal
Laverne Cox in Marc Bouwer: That color though! Not only does it make her pop in a sea of black outfits, but the silhouette hugs her every curve and ensured she was the center of attention at the TIME 100 Gala. (credit:Larry Busacca/Getty Images for TIME)
A short hemline can help break up a bold color.(44 of95)
Open Image Modal
Kiernan Shipka in Valentino: Shipka has friends in fashionable places, like her pal Harper's Bazaar executive editor Laura Brown, pictured here. And clearly she's learned a thing or two from them. Her red dress is quite bright, but since it has a short hemline and short sleeves, it isn't too much. (credit:Getty Images for Harper's BAZAAR)
Wear a suit instead of a dress to a fancy event.(45 of95)
Open Image Modal
Freida Pinto in Monique Lhuillier: A suit does not need to look corporate; it can actually be great for nighttime. Pinto looks both fashion-forward and sophisticated at the "Women In The World" summit. Her low-cut black shirt and short 'do make her red carpet-appropriate. (credit:Andrew Toth/Getty Images)
Kim Kardashian (46 of95)
Open Image Modal
For someone who usually sticks to neutral colors, we were surprised to see Mrs. Kardashian West wearing a red jumpsuit on the somber occasion of visiting a memorial commemorating the 1915 mass killing of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire. There is no denying how beautiful she looks in this bold hue, and we wish she would break out the color more often. (credit:KAREN MINASYAN/AFP/Getty Images)
Brittany Snow in Brandon Sun(47 of95)
Open Image Modal
Red and pink is one of our favorite color combinations, and Snow's managed to make it look both fun and sophisticated. The color-blocked dress fits her body like a glove, and her gold accessories and sleek hair keep things simple to ensure that she's wearing the outfit -- not the other way around. (credit:Jason Merritt/Getty Images)
Kate Bosworth in Etro(48 of95)
Open Image Modal
Normally Coachella outfits annoy us, but here Bosworth is just the right amount of boho. All of these pieces work for daily life -- something you don't often see at the music festival. (credit:Rachel Murray/Getty Images for Coachella)
Dree Hemingway In Chloé(49 of95)
Open Image Modal
Leave it to Hemingway to wear all of spring's biggest trends at once -- and completely knock it out of the park. The model's high-waisted flared denim, white peasant blouse and brown leather purse work together in perfect harmony. She looks cool and casual for the dinner she is attending. (credit:Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tiffany & Co)
Holland Roden in Caterina Gatta(50 of95)
Open Image Modal
It seems like the fashion world is currently obsessed with the '70s, but the '60s deserve a little attention, too. The actor's mod minidress looks sweet and sexy at the same time, which is perfect for the MTV Movie Awards. The honeycomb pattern (which is actually a very popular porcelain floor tile) adds visual interest, and we love how her bright pumps amp up the entire ensemble. (credit:Jason Merritt/Getty Images)
Elizabeth Olsen in Galvan(51 of95)
Open Image Modal
Mary-Kate and Ashley who? The younger Olsen sister is bringing the heat in this outstanding ensemble. Though it looks like she's wearing a simple white T-shirt, this is in fact a gown. The top half of her dress is casual, but balanced out nicely by the dramatic, high-slit skirt. This will be an easy outfit to re-create come summer. (credit:Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images for Disney)
Gemma Arterton in Dsquared²(52 of95)
Open Image Modal
That is one low neckline, but somehow this gown isn't too revealing. Maybe it has something to do with the long hemline, or the thicker straps, but the English actor's dress is the picture of sultry red carpet dressing. (credit:Anthony Harvey/Getty Images)
Scarlett Johansson in Stella McCartney(53 of95)
Open Image Modal
Blondes look great in black, and this is only further proof. Though Johansson's dress could have fallen into boring LBD territory, the mullet hemline and strapless neckline save it. Oh, and her killer 'do juxtaposed against her sweet dress is icing on the cake. She totally stole the show at the "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" premiere. (credit:ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images)
Leigh Lezark in Chloé(54 of95)
Open Image Modal
In case you didn't already know, Lezark is a true fashion girl -- which is why you see her front row at every single runway show. And clearly the DJ has picked up a few tips from her time at Fashion Week: her dress is stylish because of the bib neck and crochet overlay, but still classic in its neutral hue. (credit:Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tiffany & Co)
Amal Clooney in Gucci(55 of95)
Open Image Modal
Every time we see Clooney out and about, she looks even better than before. Her outfit is very classic, but that python print collar makes it fashion-forward and secures her spot on the best-dressed list. (credit:KGC-146/STAR MAX/IPx)
Julia Louis-Dreyfus(56 of95)
Open Image Modal
Louis-Dreyfus' dress is a study in less is more. The actress' dress is very simple, but it fits her like a glove. The hunter green hue is a nice change on the red carpet and the band around her waist emphasizes her most narrow part. (credit:Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images)
Lily James in Valentino(57 of95)
Open Image Modal
A dress with a galactic print could quickly skew overly kitschy, but the cut of this mod frock makes it just kitschy enough. Her blonde hair is a nice contrast to her navy dress and the short length ensures it isn't print overload. (credit:TORU YAMANAKA/AFP/Getty Images)
Gigi Hadid(58 of95)
Open Image Modal
Is there anything better than culottes and a crisp white button-up? We think not. Not only does this outfit look insanely comfortable, but it's also a great way to look pulled together without having to wear a dress. (credit:Neilson Barnard/Getty Images for Samsung))
Julia Louis-Dreyfus in Lela Rose(59 of95)

You know it's officially spring when the citron yellow dresses come out. When picking a yellow dress, the shade is crucial and this one really pops against her fair complexion. Victoria Beckham in Victoria Beckham(62 of95)
Open Image Modal
Here's VB making yet another case for the turtleneck. While the high neck and the midi-length offers a lot of fabric, the bare arms and cut-outs on the side show just the right amount of skin. This look is a monochromatic dream. (credit:Getty Images)

Rihanna in Holly Fulton(64 of95)
Open Image Modal
Rihanna always knows how to wear just the right amount of kitsch. This outfit could work on a 7-year-old girl and an 80-year-old grandma... and Rihanna. The pastel color palette is very sweet, but her high shoes, sleek ponytail and sophisticated makeup ensure that she looks age-appropriate. (credit:Getty Images)
Julia Louis-Dreyfus(65 of95)
Open Image Modal
Sometimes it's nice to see a best-dressed look that isn't a red carpet ensemble. This pulled-together outfit would be perfect for a day at the office. While it is workplace appropriate, it's also fashion-forward. We love how she mixed black and navy and went for a patterned skirt to add a little bit of texture. (credit:Getty Images for SXSW)
Shailene Woodley in Ralph Lauren(66 of95)
Open Image Modal
It's rare that we see Woodley in such a sexy dress, but this is a nice surprise. Though a black dress could easily skew boring, this one has a lot of extra elements to keep things exciting. From the plunging neckline to the sky-high slit, this is an all-around win. (credit:Getty Images)
Jourdan Dunn(67 of95)
Open Image Modal
We admit it, not everyone could pull off this short, fun number, but Dunn wears it well. The color-blocked, fringe dress is a nod to her cheeky side and showcases those amazing legs. If the frock were longer, it would have been too much; the short hemline is key. (credit:GC Images)
Emma Stone in Michael Kors(68 of95)
Open Image Modal
This is how you wear two different patterns at once. Yes, Stone is rocking stripes and polka dots. It's not too much on the eyes because both her top and skirt are in the same, neutral color palette. The actress is giving off a fashion-forward, yet fun vibe. (credit:AFP/Getty Images)
America Ferrera in Pamella Roland(69 of95)
Open Image Modal
Okay, seriously, what has America Ferrera been doing lately because she is on a sartorial roll. The silhouette of her dress gives her hourglass figure a beautiful shape and her dark hair really pops against her sequined dress. (credit:Getty Images)
Keri Russell in Victoria Beckham(70 of95)
Open Image Modal
We know, we know, those shoes (and those bare legs) aren't exactly February-friendly, but she looks so good. Her statement shoes and patterned skirt are a great complement to her simple blouse -- and don't even get us started on that oversized winter coat. (credit:GC Images)
Julianne Moore in Balenciaga(71 of95)
Open Image Modal
Moore is on fire this week! We love her in color, but this LBD is equally as great. The halter neckline and faint pattern on her dress keeps things interesting, while her bold lipstick makes her stand out from the crowd. (credit:Getty Images)
Jenny Slate in Dolce & Gabbana(72 of95)
Open Image Modal
Slate looks so sophisticated in this fit-and-flare dress. Not only does the comedian look like a serious fashion girl in this ensemble, but it still plays to her whimsical personality. (credit:Getty Images)
Julianne Moore in Prabal Gurung(73 of95)
Open Image Modal
Redheads look ravishing in red and just about everyone looks good in a peplum, so it's a no-brainer that Moore made our best-dressed list this week. It's so nice to see the actress in a bright hue. We hope this becomes a new trend for her. (credit:Getty Images)
Emma Stone in Dior(74 of95)
Open Image Modal
Ladies and gentleman, get a pen and paper because you're going to want to take notes -- this is the perfect red carpet outfit. There is nothing that we love more than a woman in menswear and here Stone managed to make her tuxedo-inspired dress look very feminine by adding a long sheer train. Her pulled back hair, bold red lipstick and strappy shoes further cement her sartorial prowess. (credit:WireImage)

While Rossum's outfit is quite simple, she opted for pieces that fit her perfectly, which landed her on the best-dressed list. Her black turtleneck is snug without being too tight and her lace pencil skirt adds the perfect amount of visual interest. And those nude heels are making her legs look about two miles long. FLOTUS shocked the house at the State of the Union address by wearing a skirt suit. While we love the rich grey color, our favorite part of her outfit was that she was twinning with Alicia Florrick from "The Good Wife." (credit:Getty Images)

Sleek and sexy is the name of the game with this dress. While it may look simple from the front, the exposed back makes for one exciting look. And the sparkle only works to further how much we love this gown. (credit:Getty Images)

There are so many shocking things about this look. First, Aniston is wearing her hair up (she almost always wears it down), she is wearing white (she almost always wears black) and she is taking a fashion risk with that cut-out and jacquard floral skirt (she usually plays it safe). Slow clap for Jenn, we think 2015 is going to be her year. (credit:Getty Images)

The outfits at the "Girls" premiere were disappointing to say the least, but Williams' look saved the night, it was that good. Not only is navy and black our favorite color combination, but this silhouette is so pretty on the actress. The tight fitting bandeau top paired with the sparkly skirt is as fashion-forward as it is elegant. (credit:Getty Images)

It looks like the "Modern Family" star is starting 2015 off on a good foot. While she often wears outfits that are too young or too old for her, this is right on the money. The muted color, paired with the embellishments and flattering neckline make for one stand-out ensemble. (credit:Getty Images)

This outfit is a fashion girl's dream. Not only is the skirt so cool -- the fabric along with the stripes make for an edgy piece -- but the simple white blouse is the perfect canvas for her busy skirt. And those chunky shoes (which were a bit of a risk) only further our obsession with Moretz. (credit:WireImage)
