Christina Aguilera & Britney Spears' 2012 Year In Style (PHOTOS, POLL)

Let the heated debate commence!

To get really specific, 2012 was a good year for former Mouseketeers staging comebacks on network reality shows.

Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, who were dueling pop princesses in the early 2000s, each snagged plum positions on singing competitions: Fox's "The X Factor" and NBC's "The Voice," respectively.

And luckily for our purposes, both shows ran multiple nights per week, giving us plenty of opportunities for Brit and Xtina to flaunt their sartorial stuff. Sometimes it was good -- Britney's red bandage dress! -- and sometimes it was very, very not. (See: this.)

The pair also strutted their stuff for a cornucopia of red carpet appearances, photo shoots and parties this year. Which pop icon looked more fab in 2012? Scope out our style round-ups below and cast your vote.
