Whether you've given it some thought or not, eating in space is a tricky thing. Aside from the fact that everything comes in sealed packages and many items are freeze-dried, there's also the no-gravity fact that has to be dealt with. How in the world do you get food from fork to mouth when the very food you're trying to eat just floats right off into space?
From what we can tell, there are two things that have to happen. You open your mouth up wide and move fast. Not an easy feat, that's for sure. Unless you're Chris Hadfield.
Hadfield, the Canadian astronaut who also did a cover of David Bowie's Space Oddity, shows us how one can live in space and still enjoy a chocolate pudding cake with a cup of coffee to wash it all down. We're not sure how well we'd do with a bag of no-gravity chocolate cake, but Hadfield definitely has mastered the skills necessary to get the job done. Watch the video above and see him in action.
