Internet memes, or ideas that spike in popularity online, are notoriously flash-in-the-pan. Remember the "dancing baby" in the 90's? He's long been replaced by LOLcats, Chuck Norris facts, and fail whales. So we were more than surprised when we noticed these tattoos of Internet memes.
