We love Jennifer Lawrence and were thrilled when she started getting cozy with Christian Dior -- attending Dior runway shows, wearing Dior on the red carpet, the usual.
But now that Lawrence's Dior ad campaign, the raison d'être of her whole Dior relationship, has finally arrived, we're not so sure we're fans.
Women's Wear Daily presents the new ads, shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo. In the photos, the 22-year-old actress clutches the brand's Miss Dior handbags against a neutral background, her hair pulled back severely and her makeup looking crisp.
She looks elegant, for sure, yet nothing like her glowing, vivacious self. Lawrence is one of the bubbliest, goofiest and most endearingly gaffe-prone stars in Hollywood -- so where's that girl, Dior? And why does Marion Cotillard get all the fun Dior ads?
