Say what you want about Steven Slater, but it's doubtful he would have done something like this: Rachel Hazan, on her way to Florida at JFK airport, inadvertently picked up the bag of Michael Connery Jr, a JetBlue pilot, taking his certified handgun with her, according to the New York Daily News.

Connery was licensed to carry the 40-caliber handgun by the TSA to hold off threats within the cockpit. Both Hazan and Connery boarded their flights without problem. Hazan realized the bag wasn't hers once she was on board her flight; she alerted a flight attendant to the mix-up. It was then that the gun was found inside the bag. Connery's ID was in the bag, luckily, but the two flights were still delayed while the mix-up was worked out.

TSA spokesman Nick Kimball told CNN that the the firearm "was properly secured in a fashion that rendered it incapable of being discharged" and that Connery was no longer allowed possession of a gun.
