Joanna Philbin, 34 year old daughter of talk show host Regis Philbin and Joy Philbin, is about to become a published author. According to Page Six, Joanna's agent Rebecca Oliver at Endeavor has sold a three book deal to publisher Little, Brown imprint Poppy.
