The 2013 Inauguration brought out plenty of celebs (hello, Beyoncé!), but it was Katy Perry who kept catching our eyes.
The singer, who wowed in a rather wild American flag dress at the Kids' Inaugural Concert on Saturday, toned things down for Monday's Inauguration Day: a black fedora, chic black shades and a striped coat from Rodarte's Fall 2012 runway. She paired the colorful topper with black boots, a swingy maroon purse and a matching dress underneath.
Of course her best accessory was her boyfriend: Mayer looked dapper in black sunglasses, a black overcoat and a silvery tie.
