Rumor alert: Fashionista dug up what could possibly be images of Dakota Fanning posing for Marc Jacobs' fragrance "Oh Lola." Although there's been no confirmation from the brand, the images showing Ms. Fanning sitting with perfume bottles have already made the internet rounds, and certainly look as though they were taken by photographer Juergen Teller. The Cut caught up with Rachel Bilson to drill her on her new project with Karl Lagerfeld: a set of ads for Magnum ice cream that will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival. She stars alongside Baptiste Giabiconi, naturally, who she called "good-looking," but confessed, "I'm more interested in keeping in touch with Karl!" She also scored some Chanel swag on set -- "I got a Chanel notepad from Karl. And my friend was with me -- she was like, 'Can I at least have a piece of paper from it?' I was like, 'Absoluely not.'" Accessories designer Rebecca Minkoff is three months pregnant, Daily Front Row writes. The father is husband, actor Gavin Bellour. Minkoff reportedly told Page Six, "We are over the moon and cannot wait to welcome our new addition. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives." Congrats! Perhaps a collection of diaper bags is next?

File this under eww -- we mean, eau -- no, we're pretty sure it's just eww: Vice tracked down a dude who sells perfume made from his own, well, poop. His name is Jammie and the scent is called Surplus and retails for 40 British pounds per bottle (he's sold 25 bottles so far!). Jammie explained, "I was reading a book by the French writer Dominique Laporte called The History Of Shit, which analyses the theoretical and social implications of faeces, and its role as a building material for cosmetics. It suggested that pleasant smells were used to cover bad smells, so it could be suggested that a bad smell could be used to cover pleasant smells." Refinery29 aptly compiled a list of the 10 Most Annoying Types Of Fashion Twitters. While we half-expected to see ourselves on there for excessive use of the word "LOLZ," we didn't make the cut. Who did? There's the "Man-Obsessed Male Editor," the "Jaded PR Girl," the "Newbie Fashionista" and the "Casual Name Dropper." Check it out here.

Quote of the week comes from Domenico Dolce of Dolce & Gabbana, who told the Wall Street Journal," "I am a fashion priest." Full quote with context: "Fashion has to be your love. Look at me, I am a fashion priest --no boyfriend, no husband, no family, only fashion." Dolce, along with Gabbana, will soon find out if they're heading to jail on tax evasion charges.
Tisci Almost Turned Down Givenchy(07 of13)

Riccardo Tisci almost turned down the offer to helm Givenchy back in 2005, Vogue UK writes. The designer told the Financial Times: "I wasn't interested. Not at all. I was going to say no. But the week before, my mother called me and said to me, 'I am going to tell you something I haven't even told your sisters: I think I am going to sell our house because your sisters are struggling, they're having children, they need the money. I will go to a retirement home.' When I heard that it was like a knife in my heart. I felt like such a failure, that my mother had to sell the house of my father whom I don't remember. And then I went to Paris, and they showed me a contract with all these zeros on it, and it was like help from God. I thought 'If I sign this, my mother will never have to worry again.' So I signed it." Tisci is, as far as we know, still in the running to replace Galliano at Dior.

Ever wonder how street style photographers make a living? Us too. Tucked in a longer article recapping the last fashion month, Business of Fashion editor Imran Amed writes: "Several street style bloggers told me confidentially that the competition is extremely fierce for getting the best photographs, which can then be sold on to global editions of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar each for as little as $200, but up to $1000 or more." Dita Von Teese has tried her hand at designing, People.com reports. She created an embroidered cardigan for Wheels & Dollbaby, which retails for $190. Of the sweater, Dita remarked, "I love the way Wheels & Dollbaby makes it easy for any girl to capture the spirit of the classic pin-up girl. This cute cardigan has always been a favorite of mine, and I am excited to bring it to my fans. I wear mine with a sleek pencil skirt or capri pants for an easy yet chic ensemble." Harper's Bazaar sat down with Georgina Chapman of Marchesa who gabbed about the one, the only Helena Bonham Carter. Chapman called Carter, "a genius who made my [Golden Globes] evening so much fun. And why not wear two different colored shoes?" And the designer added that although she can appear to be totally pulled together, "I'm actually an incredibly disorganized, messy person. My mother says I'm like a disease that can walk into a room and get it infected. I can destroy things in seconds."

Beijing has banned luxury billboards, Women's Wear Daily reports:
The move "will target advertisements that 'promote hedonism' or 'the worship of foreign-made products,' " the newspaper said. Thus far, it appears the actual change relates to banning the use of certain words on outdoor advertising like billboards. These include "supreme," "royal," "luxury" or "high class" -- words frequently seen on Beijing's multitudinous billboards.
The new regulations go into effect April 15. Surprisingly, luxury brands didn't seem too concerned. "We almost never use display advertisements; we use magazines and the Internet to promote our products. What's more, in our advertisements we have never used words like 'supreme,' 'royal' or 'high class,'" Liu Jing, a marketing manager with Lan Jewelry told the fashion newspaper.
