Lea Michele Backless Dress Impresses At Chrysalis Butterfly Ball (PHOTOS)

Lea Michele doesn't mind stealing the spotlight, whether it be with a sexy outfit, some intense PDA or a racy photo shoot.

So we were none too surprised to see the "Glee" star at this weekend's Chrysalis Butterfly Ball wearing a high-necked, long-sleeved Emilio Pucci gown that was totally backless. Perfect for those sexy over-the-shoulder red carpet poses, right?

Lea paired her sexy pastel look with Jerome C. Rousseau shoes, Pomellato jewels, a Fendi bag and those dramatic blunt bangs (which we actually really love).

But we're not so sure we dig the "business in the front, party in the back" gown. For a sexy dress, the look is a little, well, frumpy. Are you a fan of Lea's ensemble?
