Recent research suggests that night owls are at increased risk for gaining weight because they're likely to snack late while they're up burning the midnight oil.

But is snacking before bed all bad? In the video above, Wall Street Journal contributor Heidi Mitchell reports that a better idea is getting a good night's sleep -- and then serving yourself a hearty breakfast.
