The fitness world is full of quirky products designed to make you think getting in shape is going to be as easy as slapping a belt around your abs or manipulating some ridiculous contraption. Websites like Sky Mall have done a great job finding some of the most absurd fitness products we've ever seen. Whether or not these things can actually tone your bod is up to debate, but we found all the concepts below pretty laughable in one way or another.
