Billy Ray And Tish Cyrus certainly know how to keep the public guessing when it comes to their relationship.

The pair have already been spotted looking cozy together once since announcing their divorce, and now the two have been seen enjoying an outing in Southern California -- holding hands while strolling down the Malibu Beach Pier on July 10.

So is the divorce off? Only time will tell, but it wouldn't be the first time the pair has reconciled.

Billy Ray originally filed for divorce in October 2010 before reconciling with Tish in March 2011. Nearly two years later, Tish filed for divorce from her husband of 19 years, on June 14, 2013.
