We all know the real estate market is tough right now and agents are forced to get creative with their sales tactics. But we were pretty surprised to learn about the body paint floor plans that Chinese developers were using to attract potential new homeowners.
According to the video above, at a housing fair in Jilin City in China, female models showed off the available designs that had been hand-painted... on their backs. The women, who were dressed to the nines in fancy evening gowns, gave interested buyers a real up-close and personal look at their future home.
