Herman Cain's latest gift to the comedy world came this week when yet another woman accused him of sexual misconduct. This time a woman is accusing him of a having a 13-year affair -- not sexual harassment -- and that distinction has Stephen Colbert insisting that the Cain Train is back on track.

On Tuesday night's "Colbert Report," Stephen begged Cain to ride out the storm and all the "He Said, She Said, She Said, She Said, She Said, She Was Paid Not To Say" talk in the media.

Colbert explained that he needs Cain in the race, "Not just as a supporter but as a broadcaster," and truly believes he can beat any scandal. After all, this latest one is of a consensual nature, and that's a step up!

"A 13-year affair just proves you can carry on a stable relationship," Colbert pleaded. "Two if you count your marriage!"
