Depending on who you talk to, President Obama's budget speech was either a clear statement of values and intent or a snoozefest. "Fox & Friends'" Gretchen Carlson felt it lacked the pizazz of a Paul Ryan barnburner, complete with charts, graphs and attitude to spare. And Stephen Colbert agrees with her. The greatest speeches in the history of American politics have always made use of audio/visual flair.
