Although Lorde just landed her own cover on V Magazine's Music Issue, the 17-year-old "Royals" and "Team" singer has graced the pages of another glossy.
In the March issue of Vogue, featuring Rihanna on the cover, Lorde stands tall in a pastel green Miu Miu beaded dress, while her natural waves and bold brows bask in their usual greatness. And can we talk about the aesthetic of her entire look? From the flower crown to her bright pink lipstick, Lorde gives us another reason to get pumped for warmer, happier weather.
While the springtime garb is a departure from her deep purple makeup and dip-dyed fingertips, we loved what she had to say about her signature outfits as of late. "The kind of clothes that I’ve found I like to wear over the past year and six months have all been things that make me feel powerful and strong," she explained. We'll file this quote under one of the most kick-ass, girl power things we've heard so far in 2014.
And might we add that her skin looks radiant -- maybe a little too radiant? But hopefully there won't be any ridiculous rewards being sought after like we saw with Lena Dunham's February Vogue cover.
