Kimmel Spoofs Obama Event Registry (VIDEO)

WATCH: The Worst Gift Ever?
|

The Obama campaign recently introduced an "Event Registry" as part of their fundraising efforts. The Registry allows anyone from newlyweds to someone celebrating a birthday to fill out a form and ask their loved ones to make a donation to the campaign in lieu of buying some other gift.

It's certainly an unconventional use of the Internet, but when your President has a Tumblr, it's not totally out of left field.

On Monday night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" though, Jimmy was worried about how this might change gift-giving for the next few months. What if we all start getting donations we didn't ask for?

Sometimes you just want a gravy bowl, man.
