When Matt and Jamie Seifert got married, Jamie's grandmother Pat couldn't attend because she was ill.

So the couple took the occasion to Pat, leaving their wedding to surprise her in a Minneapolis hospital.

Videographer Rico Roman captured the viral moment above. It won't take you long to feel the feels once you see Grandma Pat's reaction -- and the love in that room.

"We headed to the hospital before the grand march," Roman told The Huffington Post. "I didn't think the timing would work because of how hectic wedding schedules are, but it worked out perfect!"

The Seiferts were married Jan. 24, and Roman posted the video March 11. It got a viral boost recently when it was picked up by BuzzFeed and other outlets.

"This is definitely one of the most touching moments I've ever caught," Roman said to HuffPost. "I knew as it was happening that I was filming something special. That's why I put the video out on its own, because I knew it had to be shared."

Grandma Pat was released from the hospital a week later and is "doing well," the family tells Roman. So a happy ending all-around!
