Since its humble beginnings in 1995, the dating website Match has helped launch millions of first dates, relationships, marriages and ...babies.
As part of the company's 20th anniversary celebration, Match CEO Sam Yagan realized that the first Match babies are heading off to college. And the MatchMade Scholarship Contest was born.
To enter, kids of parents who met on Match submitted a 1-2 minute video and told their parents' love stories in a creative way -- sharing how Match impacted their life. And the prize? A $50,000 college scholarship.
"We're excited to help these kids get one step closer to going to college," says Yagan. "There are more than 1 million Match babies and MatchMade kids account for 5 percent of all births in the U.S. That's a lot of Match babies!"
Which love story won the hearts of judges? Match paired with Parade to reveal the winners exclusively on Parade.com. To learn the winner, click on this Parade.com story and also read about other MatchMade families.
