The world’s 50 best restaurants were announced Wednesday via live stream from Melbourne, Australia.

Eleven Madison Park in New York City is the first U.S. restaurant to top the list since 2004, Bloomberg reports. The high-end spot ― where the signature dish is honey-lavender roasted duck ― currently offers an 11-course tasting menu for $295 per person, putting it well out of the price range of many people.

But hey, a diner can dream. If nothing else, the locations of the world’s best restaurants dish up some smart ideas for where to take your next food-focused vacation (hellooo, Lima).
