While we can't exactly commend YouTube user Laine Bergeson for her biceps curl form in the video above, we're pretty impressed by the love these two obviously share, for each other and for buff arms!

This pet-lover isn't the first to turn to a furry friend for some added resistance. All this guy needed to work out at home were his two cats.
