Fran Pastore, President and CEO of Connecticut's Women's Business Development Council, knew something wrong with her -- but had no idea what -- after passing out in front of Loehmann's while on a business trip in San Francisco.

"It was that wakeup moment," she told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy Tehrani. "It was very frightening, it was very scary. I Didn't know what to do at that moment but I knew that my body was telling me something."
