Monica Bellucci's Polka Dot Sleeves: Rad Or Bad? (PHOTOS, POLL)

While browsing Tuesday's red carpet photos, we came across Monica Bellucci at the "Manuale D'Amore 3" photo call in Rome.

There's no doubt about it -- the actress-slash-model is quite a stunner, but what we'd like to bring into question here is the use of halter straps and sleeves. We're guessing it might be a shrug, to which we'd shrug and say it's completely unnecessary. However, we do applaud her polka dots and wedge boots -- two of the biggest trends for Fall 2011. So ahead of her time, that Monica.
