The Ombre Hair Trend Evolution: From Jessica Biel To Rachel Bilson, 37 Celebs Try Dip-Dye (PHOTOS)

Would You Ever Go For Ombre Hair?
|

Miley Cyrus has done it. Gwyneth Paltrow, too. Rachel Bilson, Demi Lovato and even our own Huffington Post Style Associate Editor Ellie Krupnick has given it a try. What are we talking about, here? Ombre hair.

When we last wrote about the trend, some commenters thought that the stars looked like they had missed one too many trips to the salon, while others were in love with the look. I feel somewhat ambivalent: When done right it can look natural and sun-kissed, but it can also go very, very wrong if the lighter color at the bottom goes brassy. Take a look at the stars below and let us know whose ombre you would most like to copy.
