Spain's Princess Letizia dazzled in photos from a Spanish dinner honoring Hungarian President Laslo Solyom on Monday night. She wore an almost-sheer white shirt with a frilly trim tucked into a long, sparkly black skirt. Her waist was cinched with a thick belt.

She wore the same ensemble to receive the Costa Rican president on September 10, 2008...and it seems that Prince Felipe sported the same tie, too!
