Love a Negroni? We do too! Which is why we've declared Negroni Week a national holiday. From May 27-June 3 bars and restaurants across the country (along with some international spots) are mixing up their favorite variations of the bittersweet Italian classic and donating a portion of the proceeds to a charity of their choice. With more than 100 bars participating, you can get in on the Negroni Week action by visiting any of these locales, and if you're looking to mix things up at home, these five easy variations are a great place to start.
