Since this year marks the final edition of "Oprah's Favorite Things," the queen of daytime TV went all out, sending two days' worth of audience members home with cars, jewels and thousands of dollars in other top-notch prizes. Last night Conan O'Brien imagined if Oprah had given out just one more prize, although it's definitely not as enticing as a new car or diamond earrings.
